About This Project

Fenwick Crossing is the second phase of our project on Lombard, two blocks west of the MAX. This building consists of 18 spacious, air conditioned one bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry and custom kitchens, complete with quartz counters. In lovely upcoming Kenton, with amazing public transit options, this building stabilized extremely quickly.
